（途中2ヵ月使っていないので、トリニティの使用期間は5ヵ月です。）
最近、トリニティを始める前からあった痛みがなくなってることに気づきました。
トリニティを使い始めてすぐ、右肩と首の付け根の奥の痛みがなくなりました。
その頃からずっとあった右鎖骨の首側の丸い部分の痛みと、右掌の手首近くのの小指側の付け根（マウスたこができそうな場所の骨の丸い部分）の痛みが、今年に入って以降、いつの間にかなくなっています。
両方とも骨の表面を押すと痛いという感じで、何もしなければ痛くなく、たまに思い出した時に触ると感じる程度の痛みでした。
（今考えると、そんな痛みはおかしいのだけど。）
その痛みに対応するプログラムは特に使っていません。
※ 首側の鎖骨のくぼみ部分にあったパチンコ玉の半分くらいの小さな丸い玉（リンパの中？）もいつの間にかなくなりました。
ついでに、関節（特に頸椎）の滑らかさがなくなっていた（可動域とは違ってゴリゴリ、ジャリジャリと音がするなど）のだけど、それも以前のように滑らかになっていることに気づきました。
おまけに、いつも足がだるくなって足のマッサージ（イボイボのストレッチポールみたいなものを使用）が欠かせなかったのがいつの間にかマッサージしなくても平気になってます。
そして、トリニティを使う以前には時々あった左胸が締め付けられるような痛みが、トリニティを使えなかった2ヵ月の間に再発していました。再びトリニティを使い始めてからも何度か痛くなったのでその度にトリニティを使っていたら、この頃は痛くなることがなくなりました。
心臓か乳腺由来かはよくわからないのだけど、乳腺のデトックスプログラムを使うと痛みが落ち着くことが多かったです。なので、心臓と乳腺デトックスプログラムの両方を使っていました。
さらにもうひとつ、トリニティがなかった時に痛くなってたお腹がトリニティの202(164)の基本の複合プログラムに入っている複合プログラム「DIGESTIVE SYSTEM RESTORATION(消化器系の修復)」で痛みがなくなっていたのですが、その後も少し痛くなることがありました。なので、もう少し踏み込んで「ULCERS OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM(消化器系の潰瘍)」と「PEPTIC ULCER(消化性潰瘍)」を数回使ってみたところ、それ以降痛むことがなくなりました。
プログラムの選び方のコツが見えてきた気がしました。
あとは背中（左の肩甲骨と背骨の間）に1～2cmの平た目の脂肪腫（病院では脂肪腫疑い）があって、それがなくなれば気になることがすべてなくなります。
ただ、Biomedis関連サイトの説明には脂肪腫 (Липомы) をなくすのは難しいと書かれてました。
脂肪腫はアデノウイルス36や膵臓などが関係するらしいので、これ以上大きくしないためにもコツコツやってみようと思います。
